Below outlines in more detail the three areas of yoga teaching Ali offers: personal 1:1 programmes; access-anytime FREE yoga classes featuring a series of themes and focus areas; and general yoga or active stretching/office yoga sessions for small groups & teams.

Core Investment Programme

Ali can offer a personal 1:1 strength & flexibility programme, working with an individual to understand the issues they have with their movement and performance. After only a few sessions, people should start to understand the root cause of their aches, pains, stiffness etc. and begin to learn a series of movements and postures designed to target these issues. As a client progresses, they will also start to build a tool-kit - unique to them - one that can be used whenever and wherever it’s needed.

Ali uses classic yoga stretches, breathing and postures, but without the ‘hippy’ element, that puts off so many people, to deliver straight-forward programmes, which get to the heart of a person’s movement issue(s). She has worked with a cross-section of athletes, sportspeople and weekend-warriors, as well as people with hip replacements and other rehabilitation needs.

Online classes

Join Ali for free, stream-anytime classes! During the global pandemic, she offered a series of online sessions aimed at athletes, those who do a lot of sport or training and for anyone wishing to gain a better understanding of the benefits of yoga in relation to increased flexibility and mobility, stability and core strength and improved posture, without a ‘chakra alignment’ in sight! :)

Personalised Yoga Sessions

Book Ali for personalised bespoke sessions, and spend more quality time learning the basics of yoga or furthering your practice either one-to-one or in small groups. She neither promotes the practice of eastern philosophy, nor contorting the body into unhealthy positions. This is about making yoga accessible to everyone; focusing on technique, correct alignment and breathing, and how each position is benefiting your own body, as well has providing adaptions and modifications to meet the needs of any injuries, ailments or physical issues.

She can be hired by private groups, holiday companies and retreats etc. Private sessions can also help build your confidence outside of a class, allowing you to take good practice and foundation knowledge into any future class you attend. Do feel free to contact Ali for more information.
