Wellbeing @ Work Coaching

Utilising her 20+ years senior management and consultancy experience, these sessions address some of the key issues facing organisations and staff, such as managing stress, working effectively as a team, time management & organisational skills and being more creative, healthy and emotionally intelligent in the workplace.

Each session combines a series of brainstorming discussions, group work, individual Q&A and some sharing of practical ideas on how to be physically and mentally healthier in the workplace. Ali can also introduce a simple, yet effective active stretching/yoga sequence, which anyone can do, to target those areas of stress and tension and relieve common desk-bound ailments such as back ache and wrist issues.

Although she has a non-for-profit background and her clients include the University of Oxford, the same need for proactive, healthy and motivated staff applies to the corporate world too. So if you are running an away-day or feel that you could benefit from one of these sessions with your team, Ali can adapt and tailor each workshop to a client’s needs, in terms of both content and time frame.

She is happy to travel within a reasonable radius of Oxfordshire or can tag it onto a larger yoga or fundraising consultancy project further afield. For more information, contact Ali via email.

Thanks so much for bringing your energy and expertise. We thoroughly enjoyed the session and came away with loads of good ideas for coping with some of the stresses of work, but also more awareness of each other and what we each bring to the table. I thought the exercise of teasing out the attributes was particularly effective. We don’t often take the time to recognise that… It was such a good session & really helpful.
