Flexible Mindset Flexibility Training Movement Enhancement Lateral Stretch in Online YouTube class

During lockdown, I have started to upload onto the web, a selection of yoga sessions. Although they focus on yoga for sports people, athletes, those who train and workout etc. they are also designed to be accessible, adaptive and anatomy-focused, to help anyone who is interested in understanding the physical benefits of yoga, wherever they are in their practice.

I’m trying to release one class a week, and although currently filmed in my living room on my phone, I hope to be able to film some sessions outdoors in my natural environment, just as soon as we have more options during COVID-19! Each class has a theme to help you decide what you need to target and what you feel like doing. So far I have done a fundamentals class, one featuring the posterior chain and a really lovely ‘all-over’ session, which is aptly called ‘Top-to-Toe’. The feedback so far has been really positive:

“They are a highlight of lockdown…”

I feel so energised and ready for the day afterwards…”

“Wow! It’s very good. She’s very confident on film…”

If you are interested in doing these classes, and/or being notified of the new sessions, as and when I upload them, please click here. Some will also be available on IGTV.
