I have been practising yoga for over 25 years, after injuring my back.
Understanding the incredible benefits, I am now a movement enhancement specialist, using yoga and other training to help people gain (or regain) better flexibility, range of motion, strength and performance and to prevent/rehabilitate from injury - whether they are elite athletes or normal folk, who just want to maintain an active lifestyle whatever their age or disability. My mission is to make yoga as inclusive as possinble.
Qualifying in a particularly rigorous Yoga Alliance YTT200 hrs course, with Waking Minds Yoga, I also have an accredited certificate in The Science of Teaching Yoga to Athletes from The Institute of Yoga Sports Science and am a qualified Corrective Exercise Specialist from NASM.
I don't do regular classes, but can offer one-off and a block of private client, or small group sessions and workshops, and can be booked for retreats and other bespoke events.
